Strawberry Velvet Cocktail

The Strawberry Velvet is a visually stunning cocktail that balances rich, fruity flavors with a delicate, frothy finish. Ingredients​

2 oz vodka or gin

1 oz strawberry liqueur or fresh strawberry puree

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 egg white (for froth)

Fresh strawberry, for garnish
Instructions:

Add the vodka (or gin), strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker without ice.

Dry shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim.
