Gooey, Chocolatey, and Made for Cookie Lovers

These Crumbl-style S’mores Cookies are a bakery-level treat you can make right at home — for half the price! Each cookie is thick, chewy, and loaded with all the nostalgic flavors of a campfire s’more: buttery graham cracker dough, chunks of milk chocolate, and a gooey marshmallow baked right on top.

If you’ve ever waited in line for one of those giant Crumbl cookies, this recipe will be your new favorite. It’s easy to make, costs less than a single Crumbl box, and makes a full batch you can share (or not!).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips

  • Large marshmallows, halved for topping

  • Marshmallow or chocolate syrup, for topping

  • Mini semi sweet chocolate chips, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and corn syrup, then mix until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

  6. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and milk chocolate chips.

  7. Scoop dough into 4oz large rounds and place on prepared baking sheets.

  8. Press half a large marshmallow on top of each cookie.

  9. Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly gooey in the center.

  10. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a rack.

  11. Drizzle with marshmallow or chocolate syrup and top with mini chocolate chips

💡Notes: For that signature Crumbl look, press an extra piece of chocolate on top of each cookie right after baking. You can also toast the marshmallow tops under the broiler for 10–20 seconds for that perfect campfire-style finish.
